Hi, I’m Kay — the one-woman (for now) team behind Reads & Raves.
Welcome to my corner of the book world, where I share honest, passionate reviews across Romance, Drama & Literary Fiction, Book-to-Screen adaptations, and Historical fiction.
After years of devouring books and wishing there were more thoughtful UK-based reviews, I launched Reads & Raves in 2026. My goal is simple: help fellow readers discover their next great story and give authors the genuine, respectful feedback they deserve.
Every review here is written by me, with care, no spoilers, and complete honesty. Whether I’m raving about a new favourite or gently explaining why something didn’t quite land, you can trust that it’s my real opinion.
